Funddoo Tech does not intentionally store sensitive payment credentials such as complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or internet banking passwords on its own servers.
Payment processing is subject to the terms, policies, and security procedures of the applicable payment gateway.
7. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered received by Funddoo Tech once the applicable payment gateway or financial institution confirms the transaction.
If a payment is unsuccessful, reversed, pending, or disputed, Funddoo Tech may wait for confirmation from the payment gateway or financial institution before treating the payment as completed.
Customers should retain their payment confirmation, transaction ID, or receipt for future reference.
8. Project Timeline
Funddoo Tech will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the estimated timeline communicated to the customer.
However, project timelines may be affected by:
- Delays in receiving content
- Delays in receiving images, documents, credentials, or other information
- Changes in requirements
- Delayed approvals or feedback

- Payment delays

Delays caused by the customer or third-party providers may result in a corresponding extension of the project timeline.
9. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and timely:

- Text
- Images
- Logos
- Brand materials
- Business information
- Product/service information
- Login credentials where required
- Domain/hosting access where applicable
- Other information necessary for completing the project
The customer must ensure that all content and materials supplied to Funddoo Tech are legally owned, licensed, or authorized for use.
10. Revisions and Changes
Funddoo Tech may provide revisions according to the number and scope specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement.
Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Changes such as new pages, new functionality, redesigns, additional integrations, major layout changes, or new features may be treated as additional work.
11. Website and Application Content
Where Funddoo Tech develops a website or application, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all business information, product information, pricing, policies, legal statements, and other customer-provided content are accurate.
Funddoo Tech is not responsible for legal, regulatory, copyright, trademark, tax, or other claims arising from information or materials supplied by the customer.
12. Domain and Hosting
Where domain registration or hosting is included in a service package, such services may be provided through third-party providers.
Domain names and hosting services remain subject to the applicable provider’s terms and conditions.
Funddoo Tech is not responsible for outages, suspensions, pricing changes, policy changes, or technical failures caused by third-party hosting, domain, cloud, or infrastructure providers.
13. Third-Party Services and Integrations
A project may require third-party services, APIs, plugins, software, payment gateways, hosting platforms, email services, maps, analytics tools, or other external services.
Third-party services may have their own:

The customer grants Funddoo Tech permission to use customer-provided text, images, logos, videos, trademarks, documents, and other materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
The customer represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials.
The customer remains responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful materials supplied by them.
16. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Funddoo Tech may display completed work, project screenshots, website links, or general project information in its portfolio, website, presentations, or promotional materials.
If a customer requires confidentiality or does not want their project displayed publicly, they may request this in writing.
17. Prohibited Use
Customers must not use our services or website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activities.
You must not use our services to:

- Distribute malware
- Conduct illegal activities

If a customer makes a duplicate payment, an incorrect payment, or a payment that remains pending or fails despite the amount being debited, the customer should contact Funddoo Tech with the relevant transaction details.
Funddoo Tech may verify the transaction with the applicable payment gateway or financial institution.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund and Returns Policy and the applicable payment provider’s processing procedures.
21. Service Suspension
Funddoo Tech may temporarily suspend services where:
- Payment remains overdue.
- The customer violates these Terms and Conditions.
- The customer provides unlawful or infringing content.
- The service is being used for fraudulent or prohibited activities.
- Required information or approvals are not provided.

22. Limitation of Liability
